I had called a guy named Mike about a 2005 Chrysler Sebring convertible and we spoke i made an offer over the phone on the car and he accepted it. He then told me to come on up and get the car and i explained to him that i lived over an hour and a half away and that i wanted to make sure that he had this Sebring and it was on Fathers day that i didnt want to leave my family if he didn't have the vehicle. He then again told me to bring cash and to come on over. My son in law picked me up and we headed to North Reading about 20 minutes into the ride i called Mike and told him that we were on the highway and he said okay see you when you get here. We finally are and i asked for Mike and introduced myself and he then tells me that he just sold the Chrysler Sebring that we had driven almost two hours for. I couldnt believe the lies and Mike then told me that he does it all the time because he never knows if the customer is really going to show up. I was very upset knowing that i was lied to and i asked to speak to the owner and another young guy came out and they were speaking in a foreign language laughing at us. I then told the owner that i couldnt believe that they had lied to us and he tben tells me that he has other cars for me to pick one. I told him no that i had made a deal wirh Mike over the phone and that we specifically came for the Chrysler Sebring. Again they both smiled at us and stated oh well thats business. I then told him that he brought me down on the switch and bait tactic and i became loud with him and two more of his employees walked over and circled us as they spoke in a foreign language. At this time my son in law felt threatened and we left as they grinned at us. I cannot believe the lies and how they spoke to us. I will never ever buy a vehicle here and im getting in touch with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this shady place !

Run as fast as you can away from this place!! I purchases a vehicle they told me was ready to go needs nothing (have ad to prove it) found out the transmission was bad they took the vehicle back for 3 days telling me they were fixing it and they then told me it was all set but when I asked for proof it was fixed via reciepts etc they didnt fix it at all!! They were going to let me go again with that bad transmission! Then when I demanded a refund of my money they had me wait over 4 days to get it! in the meantime I see the ad the very same night online for same vehicle for sale saying needs nothing!! Like really, they are actually going to sell it to someone else without fixing it and while I still had the title!! Very shady and dishonest!! Do yourselves a favor and save money and time and do not buy any vehicle from this place!!! * oh and it was their own mechanic who told me that the vehicle needed a transmission and said they didnt want to spend the money!! **
Discussed what I was looking to do prior to heading over there, of course when I actually got there we were miles apart as opposed to what we discussed. The car was a total rat, noises everywhere and an expired inspection sticker with the famous “ the parts are on order” line. Offered me rough trade in on both of my cars but expected me to pay excellent condition retail for theirs. Typical shady used car place that thought they would take me as a female sucker. I’ve been in the car business myself for 2 decades I just happened to be in the market for a specific car. Go elsewhere like I did and don’t bother wasting your time playing games
