I brought in a mattress cover that said Dry Clean Only or Steam Dry Only the lady at the register felt it and said they couldn't do it. She appeared to lack experience with this type of dry cleaning. I asked her to consult with the operator of the machines and call me . she said i should go back to the location in north Andover i typically use. In my opinion Not good customer service. My husband wields down the street and was going to pick it up. Not going back there again.
Nothing to complain about. They got my clothes clean, they have fast turn-around when needed, and the location is convenient. Not the cheapest dry cleaner around, but they do have monthly coupons on their website.
